What is your current product team? Who is in subordination, who works independently?

In my current product team, there are several key roles:

• I, as a product manager, am responsible for strategy, prioritization of tasks, and communication with stakeholders.
• There are 2 product owners who lead separate product areas and manage the backlog.
• The development team (developers, designers, testers) works independently, receiving tasks through a project management system.

This approach allows for distributing responsibility and speeding up decision-making, while maintaining transparency and control.
