What is a review meeting?

Review meeting (in Agile) is a meeting where the team demonstrates the results of work for the past sprint or iteration to stakeholders. The goal is to get feedback, assess progress, and agree on next steps.

Main characteristics:

• Held at the end of the sprint.
• Includes demonstration of completed functionality.
• Participants include the development team, Product Owner, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Achievements, problems, and plans are discussed.

Example: the team showed the client a new version of the application, the client provided comments and set priorities for the next sprint.
