What is a retrospective?

Retrospective — is a team meeting after the completion of an iteration or project, where participants discuss what went well, what can be improved, and what actions to take to increase efficiency in the future. The goal of the retrospective is continuous improvement of processes and communication within the team. It is usually conducted in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
