When have you expressed disagreement with a manager's decision, and how did you act in such a situation?

In a situation where I disagree with a manager's decision, I first try to understand the reasons behind their decision by asking clarifying questions. If after that my opinion remains different, I express my disagreement in a respectful and constructive manner, providing arguments and suggesting alternative options.

For example, in one project, the manager chose a technology I was not very familiar with and thought it could complicate support. I prepared a comparative analysis with alternatives and proposed to discuss it in a team meeting. In the end, we reached a compromise that took everyone's opinions into account.
