• Selection condition — is a criterion used to choose debtors or situations for applying a specific step. For example, the debt amount exceeds a certain threshold, or the overdue period is more than 30 days.

Thus, the strategy consists of a set of steps, each executed when certain selection conditions are met. This allows flexible adjustment of the collection process depending on the situation and the characteristics of the debtor.
