How often do you implement your ideas in your current activity?

In my current activities, I try to regularly implement my ideas whenever I see an opportunity to improve a process or product. For example, if I notice that asynchronous operations in Node.js can be optimized using promises or async/await, I suggest and implement such changes. This helps make the code more readable and maintainable. I also sometimes propose to introduce new tools or libraries if they solve specific tasks more effectively.
