I practice by creating small projects and solving problems on platforms like HackerRank or LeetCode. I also participate in industry conferences and meetups, read articles and books on modern patterns and architectures in Node.js. It is also important to analyze other people's code and contribute to open-source projects to see different approaches and improve code quality.
