What professional goals do you set for yourself in the future?

My professional goals include continuous development of skills in Java, deepening knowledge in object-oriented programming and design patterns. I want to learn to work effectively with modern frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate, as well as master the basics of microservices architecture. In the future, I plan to participate in large projects, improve code quality, and increase my responsibility within the team, aiming for a middle developer position and above.
