Professional growth assessment is usually based on achievements and mastering new technologies. For example, if I started with a basic understanding of Java and now confidently work with frameworks, write clean code, and participate in architectural decisions, it indicates development. Feedback from colleagues and management, participation in training events, and the ability to solve more complex tasks are also important.
