How is the work process organized within your team?

Our team organizes the workflow according to an agile methodology, most often Scrum or Kanban, depending on the project. Usually, we have sprints lasting 1-2 weeks, during which we prioritize tasks and assess their complexity.

Every day, there is a short stand-up where each member shares what they did, what they plan to do, and any problems they encountered. Tasks are tracked in a tracking system (e.g., Jira), where progress and comments are recorded.

Code review is an essential part of the process to maintain quality and share knowledge. We also regularly hold retrospectives to improve processes and team collaboration.

This approach helps maintain transparency, respond flexibly to changes, and ensure timely delivery of features.
