How were your development processes structured at your previous workplace? How did tasks come in?

At my previous job, development processes were organized according to Agile methodology using Scrum. Tasks were received through a tracking system (Jira), where the Product Owner created the backlog. During planning meetings, the team selected tasks for the sprint, after which developers took tasks into work. Each task had a clear description, acceptance criteria, and complexity estimate. This approach ensured transparency and flexibility in task management.
