What is a feature lead, and what was your experience in this role?

Feature lead is a technical leader responsible for developing and successfully implementing a specific functional part (feature) of the product. Their duties include coordinating the work of the team, planning tasks, controlling code quality, and interacting with other teams.

In my experience as a feature lead, I managed a team of 4 developers when creating a new module for payment processing. I assigned tasks, conducted code reviews, ensured compliance with architectural standards, and helped solve technical problems. Thanks to this, we were able to release the functionality on time with minimal bugs and good performance.
