What was the composition of the team involved in your last project?

In my last project, the team consisted of the following roles:

• Java Developers — 3 people, responsible for server-side logic development and database integration.
• Frontend Developers — 2 people, focused on the user interface.
• QA Engineers — 2 people, responsible for testing and automation.
• DevOps Engineer — 1 person, ensured CI/CD and infrastructure support.
• Product Manager — 1 person, managed requirements and communication with the client.

This composition allowed for effective task distribution and ensured product quality at all stages of development.
