In my last role, I worked on a Java project where I was involved in developing and maintaining backend services. My main tasks included:

• Implementing new REST APIs for frontend interaction.
• Optimizing database operations using JPA/Hibernate.
• Writing unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Participating in code reviews and architectural discussions.

For example, I developed a service for processing orders that ensured proper data validation and interaction with the payment system. This helped improve the stability and speed of order processing.
