What roles and functions did the participants of your team perform at your previous workplace?

In my previous team, the following roles and functions were present:

• Developers (Junior and Middle): wrote and maintained code, participated in code reviews, implemented new features.
• Technical Lead (Tech Lead): coordinated the technical direction of the project, made architectural decisions, helped solve complex problems.
• Testers (QA): developed and executed tests, ensured product quality.
• Project Manager: managed deadlines, assigned tasks, interacted with the client.

Each team member had clearly defined responsibilities, which ensured effective interaction and successful project completion.
