Assessment of professional skills and development opportunities is an important aspect of self-analysis. I try to regularly analyze my knowledge and skills, identify gaps, and set goals to address them.

For example, I evaluate my skills based on the following criteria:

• Knowledge of core technologies and tools (e.g., Java, Spring, databases).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
