Yes, in my practice, I have used Planning Poker to estimate tasks in Agile teams. This method helps collectively determine the complexity and scope of work using cards with Fibonacci numbers or other scales.

Advantages of Planning Poker:

• Reduces subjectivity of estimates through group discussion.
• Helps identify hidden difficulties and risks of the task.
• Improves communication within the team.

Besides Planning Poker, we also used the T-shirt sizing method (estimating in sizes S, M, L, XL) for quick assessment of the scale of tasks in the early planning stages.

Example of usage: during sprint planning, the team discusses a task, each participant selects a card with an estimate, then discrepancies are discussed, and consensus is reached.
