Tell me about relevant experience from your last job — what did you like, what did not you like?

At my last job, I was involved in developing a large corporate application in Java using Spring Boot and microservices architecture. I enjoyed working with modern technologies such as Kafka for event exchange, as well as implementing automated testing and CI/CD.

I especially valued the team — experienced colleagues and open communication, which contributed to quickly solving complex problems and sharing knowledge.

What I didn't like was that sometimes there were difficulties with technical debt and outdated parts of the code, which required a lot of time for maintenance and refactoring. There were also moments when the development and approval processes were overly bureaucratic, slowing down the release of new features.

Overall, the experience was very beneficial for professional growth and understanding how large distributed systems work.
