Tell about a case when you had to convince others of your point of view or proposal.

In one of my projects, I proposed using a new logging library that was more flexible and allowed for better configuration of log levels. Colleagues were accustomed to the old solution and doubted the need for changes.

To convince the team, I prepared a comparative analysis: showed code examples with both libraries, demonstrated advantages in performance and ease of configuration. I also created a small prototype to visually show how the new library would simplify debugging.

As a result, the team agreed to implement the new library, which improved logging quality and simplified code maintenance.
