At my previous job, I usually delegated tasks to colleagues from the team, depending on their specialization and workload. The process looked like this:

1. Defining the task and its requirements.
2. Discussing with the potential executor to clarify details and ensure understanding.
3. Transferring the task through a tracking system (e.g., Jira), where priority and deadlines were specified.
4. Regular meetings or syncs to monitor progress and resolve arising issues.

If the task was large, it was broken down into sub-tasks and distributed among several specialists. It was important to maintain communication to avoid duplication of efforts and to ensure the quality of the result.
