Could you tell us about the teams involved in your projects?

In Java projects, I have worked in teams of various sizes and structures. Usually, these were cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and analysts. In some cases, teams were distributed across different offices, which required the use of collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

An important part of the work was interaction through Agile practices: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. This helped synchronize efforts and respond quickly to changing requirements.

The team organization looked roughly like this:

• 4-6 developers
• 1-2 testers
• 1 product owner
• Scrum master

Such a composition allowed for effective task distribution and ensured product quality.
