Are you ready to go to the office 4-5 days a week or do you prefer a hybrid mode?

I prefer a hybrid work format, as it allows for effective combination of team interaction in the office and focused work from home. However, if a project requires presence in the office 4-5 days a week, I am ready to adapt and work in such a mode.
