Who was responsible for setting goals and objectives in your last project?

In my last project, goal setting and task definition were carried out jointly with the product manager and the technical lead. The product manager formulated business goals and requirements, while the technical lead broke them down into technical tasks and distributed them among the team.

In some cases, I participated in clarifying requirements, proposed solutions, and helped formalize tasks for development. This approach ensures clarity of goals and alignment between business and development.
