Having a specialized higher technical education can be an advantage, as it provides basic knowledge in programming, algorithms, and system architecture. However, in the IT field, practical skills and experience are more important. Many successful developers do not have specialized education but continuously learn and develop on their own. Therefore, the presence or absence of a specialized higher education is not the only criterion for evaluating a candidate.
