As a senior Java developer, I am interested in tasks that allow me to apply and develop deep knowledge of the language and architectural patterns. I am looking for projects with a high level of responsibility, where I can influence technical decisions and product quality.

I am interested in working with distributed systems, microservices architecture, performance optimization, and application security. It is also important for me to be able to implement best development practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor the team.

For me, the technological maturity of the team and company, as well as a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, are important.
