How do you react when you disagree with the technical lead's decision?

If I disagree with the technical decision of the tech lead, I first try to understand the reasons for such a choice by asking clarifying questions and listening to the arguments. If I still have doubts after that, I express my point of view constructively, supporting it with facts, examples, or experience. It is important to conduct the dialogue respectfully and openly to find the best solution together. If a decision is made, I support the team and try to implement it as effectively as possible.
