I am motivated by the desire to constantly improve my skills and stay updated with new technologies to create higher quality and more efficient applications. Professional growth for me is the opportunity to solve more complex problems, broaden my horizons, and bring more benefit to the team and users.

Internal motivation and interest in development are also important, and support from colleagues and the opportunity to learn from experienced specialists help me develop faster. Regular training, participation in conferences, reading specialized literature, and practice all stimulate my development.
