Share your experience of the most unsuccessful project you participated in.

In one of the iOS projects, we faced issues with poor architecture and lack of clear planning. As a result, the application was difficult to maintain and expand, and deadlines were constantly shifted. The main mistakes:

• Lack of modularity, which led to high coupling of components.
• Insufficient test coverage, causing bugs to appear in production.
• Poor communication within the team and with the client.

This experience taught me the importance of proper architecture design and regular communication with the team and client, as well as the need for automation of testing from the very beginning.
