How do you approach solving tasks that are outside your direct responsibilities?

When solving tasks outside of direct responsibilities, I try to:

• Understand the essence of the task and its impact on the project.
• Assess my knowledge and determine what needs to be learned additionally.
• Discuss with colleagues or a supervisor to get advice or help.
• Break the task into smaller steps and gradually execute them.
• Use available resources: documentation, forums, internal guides.

This approach helps effectively expand my competencies and contribute to the project beyond my main responsibilities.
