• Setting up the project in Xcode, organizing directory and module structure.
• Implementing core features, starting with basic UI and logic.
• Integrating with backend and configuring network interactions.
• Setting up CI/CD, testing, and deployment.

For example, when creating an iOS app from scratch, I started with designing the MVVM architecture, created basic screens, set up navigation, and connected REST API via URLSession or Alamofire. I also paid attention to error handling and user experience.
