Describe your experience with implementing and working within the Scrum methodology on previous projects.

Within the Scrum methodology, I participated in the following practices:

• Attending daily stand-ups (Daily Scrum), where the team discussed progress, plans, and obstacles.
• Working in fixed-duration sprints (usually 2 weeks), at the end of which a demonstration of the result (Sprint Review) took place.
• Collaborative sprint planning (Sprint Planning), where the team selected tasks from the backlog and estimated them.
• Retrospectives (Sprint Retrospective) to analyze the process and find ways to improve.

In iOS projects, I helped organize the team's work, improve communication, and respond flexibly to changing requirements. We used task tracking tools such as Jira or Trello, which facilitated control over execution and priorities.
