When choosing an offer from several options, I consider the following criteria:

• Tasks and Technologies: how interesting they are and how well they match my experience and development.
• Team and Culture: how comfortable it is to work with the team, the company's values.
• Working Conditions: salary, bonuses, social package, flexible schedule, remote work.
• Growth Opportunities: career advancement, training, participation in interesting projects.
• Company Stability and Reputation: financial condition, development prospects.

For example, if one offer provides a higher salary but less interesting tasks and a weak team, and another offers slightly lower pay but a strong team and prospects, I would lean towards the second, as long-term development and motivation are more important.
