In our team, architecture is usually handled by a senior developer or a technical lead (Tech Lead). They are responsible for choosing the main technologies, designing the application's structure, and interactions between modules. Architectural decisions are made collaboratively with the team to consider the experience and suggestions of all participants. In some cases, we conduct architectural reviews where we discuss and adjust the system design.
