How many people are in your team, and how was the process for you?

Our team usually consists of 5 to 8 people, which allows for effective task distribution and communication. The development process was based on Agile methodology with two-week sprints. We used daily stand-ups for synchronization, code reviews to improve code quality, and CI/CD for automation of build and deployment. This approach helped us respond quickly to changing requirements and maintain product stability.
