What criteria do you use to determine the deadlines for completing a task?

When determining task deadlines, I consider several factors:

• Work volume: how large and complex the task is.
• Experience and knowledge: familiarity with the technology and subject area.
• Dependencies: whether there are external factors or tasks that affect completion.
• Priorities: how urgent the task is.
• Risks and uncertainties: potential difficulties that may arise.

Based on this, I estimate the time, often breaking the task into subtasks and evaluating each separately. For example, if I need to implement an API, I first assess the design, then coding, testing, and deployment. If necessary, I clarify deadlines with the manager or team.
