Have you had a conflict situation with a colleague where opinions did not align?

In conflicts with colleagues, when opinions differ, I try primarily to understand the reasons for disagreements and listen to the arguments of the other side. For example, in one project, my colleague and I had different views on the architecture of a Go module: I suggested using interfaces for flexibility, while he preferred a simpler structure for quick startup. We discussed the pros and cons of each approach, conducted a small prototype, and chose the solution that best suited the current requirements. This approach helps avoid focusing on personal preferences and makes decisions based on facts and project goals.
