Tasks came from the business — can you tell more about how it worked?

In my practice, tasks from the business came through the Product Owner or directly from interested parties. Usually, the process looked like this:

• The business formulated the problem or goal (for example, to improve the service response time).
• We discussed details, clarified requirements and success criteria.
• After that, tasks were added to the backlog and distributed across sprints.
• During development, I maintained communication with the business to clarify details and demonstrate intermediate results.

This approach helps to make the product as aligned as possible with expectations and to respond quickly to changes.
