What is the composition of your current team in terms of size and roles?

Our current team consists of about 7 people. It includes:

• 3 middle/senior level developers who handle the main code and architecture.
• 1 team lead who coordinates tasks and is responsible for the technical vision.
• 1 QA engineer who handles testing and automation.
• 1 DevOps engineer responsible for CI/CD and infrastructure.
• 1 product manager who defines requirements and priorities.

This composition allows for effective distribution of responsibilities and quick response to changes in the project.
