What is your experience working in teams by size?

My experience working in teams varies from small groups of 3-5 people to medium-sized teams of 8-12 people. In small teams, it is often necessary to perform multiple roles simultaneously, which develops versatility and communication. In medium teams, coordination and task distribution are important, as well as the use of version control systems and task trackers for effective collaboration.

For example, in one of the teams of 7 people, I participated in the development of a microservices application, where we regularly conducted code reviews and synchronized through daily stand-ups.
