What are the differences between the roles of Senior Developer, Technical Lead, and Team Lead in an organization?

Senior Developer — an experienced developer who has a deep understanding of the technology stack, writes complex code, solves architectural problems, and assists the team with technical questions.

Technical Lead (Tech Lead) — responsible for the technical direction of the project or team. Makes architectural decisions, controls code quality, development standards, and coordinates the technical aspects of the work.

Team Lead — leads the development team, responsible for organizing work, task distribution, motivation, and communication within the team. Can combine technical and managerial tasks.

In small teams, the roles of Tech Lead and Team Lead can be combined. In large organizations, they are separated to focus on technical expertise and management respectively.
