Have you ever disagreed with a colleague's decision? Were there any conflicts?

In working with colleagues, disagreements sometimes arise, especially when choosing technical solutions. In such situations, I try not to take things personally and to discuss only facts and arguments. For example, if a colleague suggests using a certain library, and I believe it is not suitable due to performance or support issues, I provide specific examples and data. If a conflict still occurs, we can conduct a joint code review or prototyping to test both options in practice. This approach helps find the optimal solution and maintain good working relationships.
