In such situations, I try to first understand the motivation and arguments of the team lead or stakeholder. If my opinion differs, I provide specific technical reasons, examples, and potential risks. I conduct the discussion constructively, focusing on the overall goal of the project. If after the discussion the decision remains the same, I accept it and strive to perform the task as efficiently as possible, maintaining professionalism and team spirit.
