What is unacceptable for you in work?

The following points are unacceptable to me in work:

• Lack of responsibility for code quality and task deadlines.
• Ignoring teamwork and unwillingness to share knowledge.
• Lack of desire to learn and develop, especially in a rapidly changing environment like Golang.
• Dishonesty and unprofessionalism, including ignoring code reviews and standards.
