The main criteria for choosing an employer for me now:

• Corporate culture and team: an atmosphere of collaboration, openness, and opportunities to learn and grow are important.
• Opportunities for professional growth: mentorship, training, and participation in conferences.
• Work-life balance: flexible schedule, the possibility of remote work.
• Level of responsibility and impact on the product: I want to see the results of my work and influence the development of the project.
• Compensation and social package: competitive salary and adequate bonuses.

For example, I prefer companies that value initiative and give freedom of choice of tools, rather than just following strict regulations.
