What employment format do you prefer: employment contract or individual entrepreneur?

The choice between employment under the Labor Code (LC) and registration as an individual entrepreneur (IE) depends on several factors:

• LC provides social guarantees: paid leave, sick leave, pension contributions, protection of labor rights.
• IE offers greater flexibility in work, the ability to independently manage taxes and schedule, but requires self-maintenance of accounting and lacks social package guarantees.

Personally, I prefer a format that balances stability and flexibility. For long-term stable work — LC, for projects with flexible schedules and the possibility of tax optimization — IE.

It is also important to consider the specifics of the company and the terms of the contract.
