For development and learning, I use several approaches:

• I read technical literature and articles to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
• I practice on real tasks, try out new tools and libraries.
• I participate in professional communities, discuss with colleagues, and exchange experiences.
• I take online courses and watch conference talks.

Currently, I am actively studying new features of Go related to concurrency and performance optimization, as well as delving into architectural patterns for microservices and distributed systems.
