How do you understand that you have done your job well?

A well-executed job for me is when the set goals are achieved with quality, on time, and with all requirements taken into account. In the context of development, this means:

• The code works correctly and stably, covered by tests.
• The solution is efficient and maintainable.
• Communication with the team and stakeholders was transparent.
• Problems and risks were identified and addressed in a timely manner.

For example, if I implemented a new feature, I consider the work successful if it meets the specifications, passed code review, did not cause regressions, and was accepted by the user without comments.
