In a professional environment, conflicts and disagreements are a natural part of work, especially when everyone has their own opinion. In such situations, I try to adhere to the following principles:

• Compromise: seek solutions that consider the interests of both parties and lead to a common goal.
• Openness to opinion: be ready to change your opinion if the colleague's arguments are convincing.
• Focus on the result: remember that the main goal is a successful project, not winning an argument.

For example, in one project, I had a disagreement with a colleague regarding the choice of a library for working with a database. I suggested using a more modern and efficient library, while he preferred a proven one. We conducted a comparative analysis, created prototypes, and based on the results, chose the optimal option. This approach helped avoid conflict and make a well-considered decision.
