I strive to develop in the technical field, deepening my knowledge and skills in programming and system architecture. I am interested in solving complex technical problems, exploring new technologies, and improving code quality.

However, I am also open to developing in a managerial direction if it allows me to organize the team's work more effectively and influence strategic decisions. Ideally, I would like to combine technical expertise with leadership elements, for example, in the role of a technical leader or architect.
