Conflicts and misunderstandings are a natural part of teamwork, especially in complex projects. In such situations, I try to:

• Listen to the interlocutor to understand their point of view.
• Clearly and calmly present my position, supporting it with facts and arguments.
• Seek compromises and common goals that are important for the team and the project.
• When necessary, involve a mediator or a manager for an objective resolution.

For example, if there was a disagreement about an architectural decision, I suggested conducting a discussion with a demonstration of the pros and cons of each option so that the team could make a well-informed decision.
